- 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Tortellini (9 oz.)
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)
- Fresh black pepper
COOK tortellini according to instructions; drain and set aside.
DICE tomatoes and set aside.
HEAT olive oil and cook garlic until lightly browned. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
COMBINE pasta with olive oil, garlic and tomato mixture.
SPRINKLE with parmesan and fresh black pepper.
