- 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Parmesan & Black Pepper Ravioli (9 oz.)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup red grape tomatoes
- 3/4 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Alfredo Sauce (15 oz.)
PREPARE pasta according to package directions, reserving ½ cup cooking water.
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn; cook, stirring frequently, until golden. Add arugula and tomatoes. Stir in Alfredo sauce and reserved cooking water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Season with salt and ground black pepper.
ADD cooked pasta to skillet and stir gently to coat.
