- 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Parmesan & Black Pepper Ravioli (9 oz.)
- 1/2 cup julienne-cut sundried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup BUITONI Refrigerated Pesto with Basil (7 oz.)
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper
- 1 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 lemon wedge
- BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz.)
- Chopped Italian parsley
PREPARE pasta according to package directions, reserving ¾ cup of cooking water.
PLACE tomatoes and pesto in food processor. Process until combined.
PLACE tomato mixture and reserved cooking water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir in bell pepper and chicken. Remove from heat. Season with salt, ground black pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Toss with cooked pasta. Top with cheese and parsley.
