Our master chef selected the perfect combination of premium cheeses for our cannelloni. His own custom Impastata Ricotta cheese is combined with Asiago, Aged Parmesan and Provolone cheeses. These are placed inside a freshly-made, semolina flour cannelloni and then topped with a Tomato Basil Sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, basil and fresh-roasted garlic. Indescribably good.
