His own custom Impastata Ricotta, Asiago, Aged Parmesan, and Fontina are put inside this freshly-made, semolina flour cannelloni and then topped with a Tomato Basil Sauce made from vine-ripened tomatoes, basil and fresh-roasted garlic. Indescribably good.
