Directions:

PREPARE pasta according to package directions, reserving ½ cup cooking water.

HEAT cheese and milk in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted.

TOSS pasta, ¼ cup reserved cooking water, cheese sauce, walnuts and raisins. Thin with additional cooking water, if desired. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Top with basil.
