Nutritional Facts

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Three Cheese Ravioletti (9 oz.)
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (baby bellas, white shiitake, etc.)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 5 green onions, sliced

Directions:

BRING broth to a boil in a large saucepan. Add pasta; cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms. While stirring, pour in beaten eggs. Cook for 1 more minute.

STIR in vinegar, ginger and green onions; remove from heat. Season with cracked black pepper, if desired. Serve immediately.
