Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weeknight Staple On a whim, my husband (who had only recently decided he liked mushrooms) purchased these to cook for dinner. We sauteed mushrooms and made a delicious broth, with steak seasoning and garlic. We then added delicious pesto on top of the hot pasta, then ladled the sauteed mushrooms and broth over it. I just can't tell you how delicious it was, and has since become our "meatless" weeknight meal and I always take a helping over to my father who loves it as well. I have tried other Mushroom filled pastas and this one beats them hands down (even a hand made version I found at a high end market). LOVE this product and curse it at the same time, because its so delicious we now crave it and want it more than once a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garlic, Clams and Mushrooms Agnolotti ? Usually I make this with a sausage and tomato gravy. But tired and hungry and looking for a quick dinner I made a simple white clam sauce. [fresh chopped garlic, olive oil, sea salt, few flakes of red pepper, and chopped clams and a small bottle of clam juice, finishing the par cooked Agnolotti in the sauce and served with fresh cracked black pepper and a little grated Parmagianno. It was one of the most perfect "Flavor Weddings" I've ever been to.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buitoni Mushroom Agnolotti not its usual quality I have eaten this for years and love the taste, freshness, etc., but the last three or four times I've purchased the Mushroom Agnolotti, it has fallen apart while boiling it. I am preparing it the same as always. Now instead of pasta filled with mushrooms, I am left with pasta and much of the mushroom part is in the pasta strainer or down the sink. I hope this is just a fluke! If not, I won't purchase it anymore.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick, great tasting, mid week meal! One of our midweek, go-to meals is mushroom agnolotti, mixed with the cheese tortellis, with a side salad. The pasta cooks in about 6 minutes, and is so tasty that we don't even use sauce; just a quick coating of olive oil. Top with some nice Italian shredded cheese, and it's done. SO tasty!

As a dual career family with Italian roots and a love of mushrooms, the Buitoni Mushroom Agnolotti has quickly become an efficient, delicious, and decadent staple. We top it off with some more sautéed mushrooms in a brown butter sauce...why not?!? Yum!!! My 4yr old even loves it.
