Mediterranean Pizza
Makes 8 servings
- Heat oven to 450°F
- Place 1 (14 oz.) prepared pizza crust, like Boboli, on baking sheet
- Top crust with 1/3 cup sun-dried tomato pesto, like Buitoni
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered and patted dry
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 lb. smoked mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh basil leaves, leaving 1” border
- Bake pizza 10 min., or until cheese is melted
