2 tablespoons BUITONI Refrigerated All Natural Pesto with Basil

1 tablespoon thinly sliced sun-dried tomatoes

1 tablespoon BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 teaspoon Capers (optional)

Fresh basil leaves (optional)

Directions

COMBINE prepared pasta, pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and capers in large bowl; toss gently. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

I made this recipe with the Quatro Fromaggi Agnolotti and with the Wild Mushroom Agnolotti. My husband and I both liked it better with the Wild Mushroom Agnolotti. The ranking of the recipe is actuall based on using the Wild Mushroom Agnolotti. For the Quattro Fromaggi we would probably rate it a 3.
