1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated 100% Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini

6 to 8 cooked shrimp (optional)

3/4 cup diced yellow tomatoes

3/4 cup diced red tomatoes

1/2 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced fresh basil

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

PREPARE pasta according to package directions.

TOSS pasta with shrimp, tomatoes, cheese, basil, oil, salt and pepper in large bowl; serve immediately.
