Ingredients

1 pound plum tomatoes , chopped

3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 cloves garlic , finely chopped

1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated Fettuccine

1 tablespoon BUITONI Refrigerated Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions

COMBINE tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil and parsley in a medium bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes.

PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta with tomato mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.

Using reduced fat mozzarella cheese and reducing the olive oil to 2 tablespoons, you will have a recipe that has:
