Ingredients

1 package (9 ounces) BUITONI Refrigerated 100% Whole Wheat Three Cheese Tortellini

6 large shrimp , cooked and sliced in half

1/2 cucumber , peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

1/2 cup halved grape or cherry tomatoes

1/3 cup light Greek dressing

5 thin slices red onion

3 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives

3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Directions

PREPARE pasta according to package directions. Place in large bowl; refrigerate for 5 minutes.

ADD shrimp, cucumber, tomatoes, dressing, onion, olives and cheese; toss well.

Beyond tasty
Ive just recently started getting into eating whole wheat since my wife talked me into switching to keep our son healthier. I was skeptical at first, but dishes like this make me hardly even notice the change. The dish was healthy and tasty and following tips from another article here, I even got my son involved in choosing the recipe and helping to make it, so when it was ready he enjoyed eating it too. Which is amazing, because normally he is such a picky eater. I definitely recommend trying this one out if you are a pasta love like us.
